Title: Manager of Commissions and Sales

position will be responsible for running and maintaining the regular commission processes in support of various distribution channels. This will include advanced commissions, earned commissions, production bonuses, annual bonuses, and other special incentives. The position will also be responsible for regular and ad hoc sales reporting needed to monitor and measure performance at different levels of sales distribution.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Import, scrub, and transform data from multiple platforms to support commission and bonus payment cycles

• Create (as needed) and maintain a processing schedule and communication pipeline with key stakeholders to ensure weekly and monthly compensation deadlines are met on a consistent basis

• Identify opportunities for and work with appropriate stakeholders to document and implement processes, controls, audits, reconciliations, exception reporting, etc. for compliance with SOX, external regulations, and internal business requirements

• Perform advance payments, accruals, and bank reconciliations as required.

• Maintain business rules, inputs and data feeds required for commission and bonus calculations

• Support accounting functions as needed

• Partner with Agent Contracting and sales distribution leadership to ensure agent hierarchies and reporting relationships are updated and published accurately and timely to enable proper commission payments and sales reporting

• Work with sales leaders and other stakeholders to respond to and resolve issues in a timely fashion

• Maintain and produce regular sales reporting as requested by management or sales distribution

• Maintain sales reporting databases to ensure timely and accurate reporting is generated

• Ensure integrity of the data from diverse sources to achieve high quality data

• Design and produce routine and ad hoc sales reports

Title: Technical Analyst

Location: St. Louis Park, MN Summary: The Technical Analyst works with the Business Analysts to build out insurance products for our websites including quote and enrollment tools. This position would gather forms and business requirements to effectively build out new products and maintain existing products. They will also create test scenarios to for testing website builds.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gather supporting documentation, forms and business requirements needed for specific projects.

  • Review business requirements and forms for missing and incorrect information.

  • Creation of forms to support development of quoting and enrollment tools.

  • Loading of forms in the document administration tool.

  • Build out enrollment questions, business rules, disclaimers and other information in enrollment administration tool.

IHC Group is seeking Regional Sales Representatives for our St. Louis Park, MN, and Dublin, OH office. The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for calling, recruiting, training and supporting IHC's contracted producers. To distribute profitable small group self-funded, short-term medical insurance, dental insurance, discount prescription drug program, and any other programs introduced and offered by the company. This position also is responsible for coordinating all phases of sales, special projects and phone coverage, with an emphasis on achieving our stated sales goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Clearly articulate IHC's conceptual selling points to Producers and perform one-on-one telephonic and web-based product training;

• Develop and maintain relationships with Producers to uncover client needs, provide solutions, and increase sales;

• Act as a general liaison between IHC and client/distribution and identify sales opportunities unique to each Producer assigned;

• Demonstrate increased sales within the group of Producers assigned;

• Document outcome of each producer's contact in Sales' Management Software;

• Prepare and facilitate licensing, appointment, and online sales setup;

• Facilitate in gathering of competitive data, and assist with compiling competitive analysis;

• Assess the Producer's marketing strategies and business attitude to determine if they fit a satisfactory profile;

• Coach producers to adapt accurate and effective marketing and sales techniques;

• Be knowledgeable regarding competitor's benefits, rates and marketing;

• Other projects as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

• 2 - 3 years experience in a Sales and Marketing environment.

• Previous experience in a health insurance environment, working with and presenting a variety of plan types and insurance products preferred.

• Understanding of individual health plans, short-term medical plans and ancillary benefits a plus.

• Telephone sales or outbound call center experience.

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent oral and written communication

• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Strong PC skills, using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and presentation software.

• Excellent project management and organization skills.
